RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered (based on carrier tracking) to request a return or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached, free of marks, stains, perfume or makeup. Items that don't meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email bentorasupport@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please use a tracked shipping service — returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? Start a return and let us know which item you'd like instead — we'll guide you through the exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
